Speaking.

Workshops.

Thoughtful facilitation.

No two organisations need exactly the same thing!

Sometimes you're looking for a speaker who can raise awareness, challenge assumptions or introduce a topic in a way that feels accessible rather than overwhelming. Whether the conversation is about queer identity, disability, ADHD, belonging, storytelling or how to develop robust strategies to energise your Employee Resource Group/employee network, I aim to leave people with practical insights and plenty to think about long after the event has ended.

Sometimes you need a facilitator who can guide a discussion, host a panel or create the conditions for meaningful participation. From conference sessions and ERGs/employee networks to community events and podcasts, I help conversations stay engaging, purposeful and psychologically safe without becoming overly scripted.

Sometimes you want a creative workshop that gives people permission to experiment, reflect and tell their own stories. Through activities such as creative writing, collage, discussion and collaborative making, I create spaces where people feel comfortable contributing, regardless of their experience or confidence level.

Whether I'm facilitating a creative workshop, speaking to an Employee Resource Group or recording a live podcast, my work is rooted in the same belief: people engage more deeply when they're invited into a conversation rather than talked at.

I create thoughtful, interactive experiences that help people explore identity, belonging, storytelling and social change with honesty, curiosity and a healthy dose of humour.
